Terms of Service
Welcome to SSAT with Kkomi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and JI Books (제이아이북스) ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind SSAT with Kkomi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use SSAT with Kkomi
The account holder must be a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). Children do not create or hold their own accounts; a child uses a profile inside the parent or guardian's account, under that adult's supervision and control.
2. What we provide
SSAT with Kkomi offers original practice materials and feedback designed to help students prepare for the SSAT, aligned to the published SSAT format for the Elementary, Middle, and Upper levels. All passages, questions, and feedback are original works created independently by us. They are practice materials, not official or actual SSAT questions.
3. Not affiliated with the SSAT or EMA
SSAT is a registered trademark of The Enrollment Management Association (EMA). SSAT with Kkomi and JI Books are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by EMA. We do not provide official SSAT tests or scores, and we make no guarantee of any particular test result, score, or school admission.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account, including your child's use. Each account includes one student profile. The Lifetime plan includes a second profile for a sibling. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share your login with others outside your household; copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content; use automated tools to scrape or download the content; or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
6. Our content
All content on SSAT with Kkomi, including passages, questions, explanations, the Kkomi and Spiky characters, designs, and text, is owned by JI Books and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own household's learning only.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, who handles billing, tax, and receipts. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Pricing and plan details are shown on our Pricing page. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep our materials accurate and aligned to the SSAT format, but we do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, score, or admission result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JI Books is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to JI Books's place of business, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
