1. Parents and guardians hold the account

The account is held by a parent or legal guardian. A child does not create their own account and does not sign in separately; they learn under a profile inside the parent or guardian's account. By creating an account and setting up a child's profile, you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian and you consent to our handling of your child's information as described here.

2. Information we collect

•Parent or guardian account: your email address and password.

•Child profile: the name (or nickname) and SSAT level you enter, and the practice activity, answers, written responses, and progress created as your child uses the service. Please share only what is needed; a first name or nickname is enough.

•Payment: handled by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not collect or store your full card details.

•Basic technical data: standard information needed to run and secure the site.

3. How we use information

We use it to provide the service, deliver Kkomi's feedback, track progress, manage your subscription, keep accounts secure, and respond to your messages. We do not use children's information to show them advertising.

4. Children's privacy

We collect the minimum information needed to help a child learn. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts. We never sell children's personal information, and we never show children targeted ads. As the parent or guardian, you can review, update, or delete your child's profile and information at any time by contacting us or using your account settings.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your or your child's personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the service, for example, our payment provider (Paddle), hosting, and email delivery, and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. If you close your account or ask us to delete your child's data, we will delete it except where we must keep certain records by law.

7. Your choices and rights

8. International users

SSAT with Kkomi is offered worldwide and operated by a business based in South Korea. By using the service, you understand your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate protections.
